Stripe超70亿美元收购AI网关OpenRouter

据 Bloomberg 报道，Stripe 已完成收购 OpenRouter 的协议。

OpenRouter 帮助客户根据不同任务的具体需求和预算，选择不同的 AI 模型。该公司于今年 5 月宣布完成 1.13 亿美元 B 轮融资，估值约 13 亿美元。（投资方包括 Sequoia、Andreessen Horowitz、Menlo Ventures 以及 Alphabet 旗下 Capital G。）

彼时，OpenRouter CEO Alex Atallah 将公司比作 AI 领域的 Stripe，因为它为客户提供了一个统一访问入口，避免了供应商锁定。这家初创公司还声称拥有 800 万全球用户，并可访问超过 400 个模型。

《华尔街日报》上月报道称 Stripe 与 OpenRouter 正在洽谈收购事宜。如今，Bloomberg 披露双方已达成超 70 亿美元的收购协议。

Stripe 发言人向 TechCrunch 表示，公司对传言和猜测不予置评。
